Education & wellness implementation support. Plain-language education and “Quick Start Training” to help the client and family understand and reliably implement the plan their physician has adopted, authorized, and administers.

With your request and the agreement of your treating physician, Dr. LaValley develops your personalized Cancer Wellness Plan® recommendations and transmits them to your physician for consideration.
Your physician may adopt all, some, or none of the recommendations at their sole professional discretion and administers any treatment they adopt.

J. William LaValley, MD is a physician licensed and in good standing in Texas (USA) and Nova Scotia (Canada), continuously licensed since 1988. For decades he has focused on molecular integrative oncology — translating the molecular-biology-of-cancer research literature into individualized, evidence-based treatment options that a patient’s own physician can consider alongside conventional oncology care.

Safety, Informed Consent & What This Is — And Is Not
We believe candor is an ethical obligation. Before any plan is implemented, the client (and, where applicable, family) reviews and signs a detailed Informed Consent and Disclosure with their physician.
What the Plan Is
A functional, integrative set of molecular oncology treatment options developed from peer-reviewed research. It is intended to be administered by your physician in addition to conventional care.
Honest About Uncertainty & Risk
Clinical trials have not established this method of concurrently administering a broad spectrum of natural products and re-purposed pharmaceuticals alongside conventional care. Benefit is uncertain — it may or may not help. Because data on all possible adverse effects are limited, there is the possibility of unknown, serious adverse consequences, including serious illness and, rarely, death. The plan includes a mandatory rule to stop immediately if any adverse effect or symptom is noticed, resuming only after resolution and with your physician’s authorization. You may stop at any time.
What the Plan Is Not
Not a cure; not a replacement for conventional care; not the standard of care recognized by oncology specialties; and not telemedicine or treatment provided by Pathfinder Bio.

$350/hour
Initial Educational Consultation
An $87.50 commitment payment (one quarter-hour) unlocks your pre-consultation learning and is credited toward the full session. This is an educational session designed to inform your physician about molecular integrative oncology options.
$6,500–$10,500
Cancer Wellness Plan® Development
Set by case complexity and clinical-genomics findings. Includes Quick Start Training. Paid 50% to begin and 50% upon completion of the plan development phase.
Refund Policy
Plan Deposit Refundability
Your plan deposit is refundable, less a flat $350 processing charge, any time up until your final payment. We provide a clear and fair refund policy to ensure your complete confidence in our clinical decision support services.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Pathfinder Bio replace my oncologist?
No. The Cancer Wellness Plan® is adjunctive — intended to be used in addition to, never instead of, your conventional oncology care, and only as your own physician decides to administer it.
Does Dr. LaValley become my doctor?
No. Dr. LaValley acts as a consultant to your treating physician. He does not diagnose or treat you, does not make treatment recommendations to you directly, and does not form a doctor–patient relationship with you.
Is the Cancer Wellness Plan® a cure?
No. It is not a cure and is not represented or guaranteed as a cure. Benefit is uncertain.
Who decides and administers the treatment?
Your own licensed treating physician. They may adopt all, some, or none of the recommendations, at their sole discretion, and they administer any treatment.
Do you sell drugs, supplements, or devices?
No. We sell only information, education, and support services, and have no financial interest in any product sale.
How is my health information handled?
We treat your clinical information as confidential, limit access, and are implementing a HIPAA-aligned framework. Only payment data — not your clinical records — is processed by our payment provider.
Is this telemedicine?
No. Our consultation is educational and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of you. Education and wellness resources are not telemedicine.
